QUESTA (del titolo) E’ LA TESI di BRIDGE RATINGS che in un recente report -che ho avuto la possibilit� di leggere recentemente- sostiene che il podcast cambier� il modo di fare televisione entro il 2010.

In base allo studio compiuto da Bridge Ratings nel 2005 sono stati 4,8 milioni gli americani che hanno scaricato un podcast, nel 2004 erano solo 820k. Ora tutti sono alla caccia dei dati 1Q2006 che dovrebbero confermare la crescita esponenziale nell’uso del podcast, soprattutto lato televisivo.

Secondo la ricerca, gli utenti si dividono in due categorie: quelli che scaricano podcast settimanalmente (il 20%) e quelli che lo hanno fatto almeno una volta nella vita (il restante 80%). I dati pi� sorprendenti, per�, sono quelle relativi ai prossimi anni: si parla infatti, di 45-75 milioni di utenti per il 2010.

Bridge Ratings based its number on a survey of 4,400 radio listeners age 12 or higher in ten national markets. Aggressive estimates place this number closer to 75 million by this date,” the company said in a statement.
